Depending on her position, that could be very painful. Unless you drilled her at the right angle. ;P

You are drilling beer!? To each their own, I suppose.

Happy Birthday! I suggest you get drunk while installing the patio light and then set back and watch some H2G2! ;P

The patio light may get installed this weekend. (It's been sitting in the garage for about a year!) As for the rest, unfortunately I have to (go to) work tomorrow. However, any beer left after tonight will be attacked vigorously, so hopefully it will be gone by Sunday!

...to me! The Lounge is pretty quiet tonight so I may as well bore you all with my presents from the wifey... She gave me a nice right angle drill, which I need to install the patio light that I should have had the builder do... Also an H2G2 DVD, the original BBC series, which I haven't seen in years. And 4 assorted 6-packs of beer, mostly IPAs. We've been married too long... :)

Happy Birthday Sir! Is it still too late too call in for tomorrow...? But then again, they'd KNOW - that it was your birthday. Depending on the climate of the place, it could go either way!

Thank you Sir! It's pretty relaxed where I work - and I've worked with / for my boss for over 20 years. I could quite easily not show up and turn in a vacation form on Thursday. But... I only have 5 vacation days left to take this year and I intend to take every Friday off and one more day between Christmas and New Year. Besides, the beer consumption has now slowed, and I shall be fit for work in the morning! (I shall redouble my efforts at the weekend!)
