bastards, the lot of 'em. Went to 'well known jewelery store' shopping for missus for Xmas. No prices on anything. "They're on our website, or I'm happy to help you" quoth the assistant. Well bollocks to that, not standing around in the shop for hours saying "how much?" "HOW much?!" So got home and went to the web site, found a few to choose betweeen, and wnet to create an account so I could log in and save the list. nowhere to register account! Log in screen, but try as I could, no way to actually log in! So lost my list. Pissed off at this point, slung off missive to head office re crappiness. Got phone call today, assuring me that the lack of price labels inthe store 'enhanbces the shoppping experience" because "they don't have prices at Loius Vuitton either" No -0 and they don't have prices at the sweety shop in the cinema, and I don't buy from them either. AND she couldn't work out how to log onto her own web site! And there was no offer of a freebie or discount for my inconvenience etc.! Local electrical retailer, on the other hand, emailed them as their 'starts 10pm' online sale still wasn't on at 10:30pm. Got $40 voucher in the mail! Who do you think I am most likely to spend my money with this Xmas? Trouble is, not sure if i will survive if i give the missus a new washing machine for crissie!

Indeed... The only things on my lady's list for Christmas are a set of deep sockets and a pair of quality wire cutters. They're already in the bag - my kinda girl. Of course, I may still get her some more emeralds, her being Irish and red-haired, but that's for me; I think she looks wonderful with a bit of the green about her lovely neck.

Tony had just finished reading a new book entitled, 'You Can Be THE Man of Your House.' He stormed to his wife in the kitchen and announced, 'From now on, you need to know that I am the man of this house and my word is Law. You will prepare me a gourmet meal tonight, and when I'm finished eating my meal, you will serve me a sumptuous dessert. After dinner, you are going to go upstairs with me and we will have the kind of sex that I want. Afterwards, you are going to draw me a bath so I can relax. You will wash my back and towel me dry and bring me my robe. Then, you will massage my feet and hands. Then tomorrow, guess who's going to dress me and comb my hair? His Sicilian wife Gina replied, 'The funeral director would be my first guess.'...

Hand 'em an envelope full of bills but tell 'em they aren't allowed to see what the denomination of the bills are because it enhances the shopping experience.
