All through school I had the school dinners. Even on School Trips I had a Snap-tin. After leaving school I did occasionally have packed lunches but those were in containers, similar to the ones you mention.

yeap, yesterday I had alfredo pasta and grilled chicken...you can cuddle yourself from time to time and still keep diabetes in line...it took a time for me to get it but have been ok in my last 6 months tests :-D

same here. It's been a year now that I have been good with my diabetes and doing well with all my test results. It took a while to learn what certain foods I can have, when to have them, and how much. Since I had a sandwich for lunch, I won't have much carbs for dinner; maybe some meat and a salad of some sort. :thumbsup:
