If that picture was real, everone standing on the side of the deck would have been swept into the water by the backdraft from the plane and the turbulence from the engines. That would have ended with several serious injuries if not death, and a certain court martial, and a prolonged stay at Ft. Levenworth Military Prison for the pilot (and most likely the weapons officer as well, as the F14 is a two man airplane) /CMH

If it is not real they went to a lot of trouble. Look at the contrails coming off the engine entakes.
