[SOLVED] What is different with my installs??? MVC3
-
On my laptop and desktop I have Visual Studio 2010 with SP1 I have a project that is source controlled and accessible by both machines, and they both have the current latest version open. On my laptop, if I 'Add Controller' by right clicking on the controllers folder in the solution I get the add controller dialog that allows you to select the scaffolding options. On my desktop, if I 'Add Controller' by right clicking on the same controllers folder in the solution I only get the simple add controller dialog that allows me to set its name. What have I installed differently on the laptop/desktop. I can't see any differences in the packages or anything. Please help...........I am, as they say, at a loss and bemused by this one. :((

Do you have the "ASP.NET MVC 3 Tools Update" installed on the machine that is missing the scaffolding options?
