For those of you who do read RSS feeds, I think I've found the best (Put down the gun, Taka! That's not funny man!) RSS reader ever: www.syndirella.net[^] And, we now know that Carlos H. Perez is still alive, because this uses his Utility Library and the guy who wrote this says that he spoke with Carlos. :)

Gun? What gun? We'll let The People decide what's the best. I know which one my money's on :-) The next public release of Awasu has literally just gone out to the beta testers and once we've confirmed that it hasn't melted down their machines, it'll be going out into the big, bad world...

syndic8.com[^] is a big directory of RSS feeds but there's a lot of crap ones in there. This[^] is a list of the top 100 most-subscribed to channels at Radio Userland.

Somebody already complained about that, IIRC. Isn't it supposed to just use your IE settings?

I'm still a big fan of Trillian Pro :) I don't know why, but having it pop up a notification telling me that I've just updated the blog on my site always makes me smile :) -- Help me! I'm turning into a grapefruit!

A lot of software claims to be able to use your IE settings. What a good many of them *don't* do is support NTLM authentication, thus making the IE settings useless. But the warm fuzzy feeling being protected from the outside world gives me makes up for it all...

No it doesn't. I believe Chris responded to that question once with "RSS feeds? Oh, that's so 90's" :-) It has a web service which I convert into an RSS feed and then just plug into the normal processing.
