There is an app that 'Calls' you so you can get out of meetings. I think it is called GottoGo. It rings, you grab and say "I must take this" and run from the room, pausing only to grab a few biscuits and your tea.

You can do this without a cellphone. Just grab your stomach, bend over a little, groan silently and live the conference room tripping like a Japanese geisha.
