Restoring Default Windows Error Messages

When Visual Studio is installed, Windows puts up the "Select Debugger" window if an application crashes. I have found how to disable this window, but after disabling it, Windows still shows a message box that says, "No JIT debuggers are enabled." I want to return the system to where it will show the normal, default Windows error message when an application crashes. Does anybody know how to do this?
The difficult we do right away... ...the impossible takes slightly longer.
