              It's good with cucumber and mint if a curry is a bit too hot.

                I used to practise Iyengar. To answer your question will depend a lot on which school of yoga you are looking at taking up - if you want the aerobic side then it is Ashtanga, if you want the crotch burning agony inducing side then head for Iyengar(I am exaggerating slightly here)...

                  Not Yoga as such, but I do a very basic breathing exercise I found in a Yoga book if I really need to chill out and can't relax for whatever reason. More often than not I fall asleep and wake up half an hour later slightly confused yet totally oblivious to what was bothering me in the first place. I'm not an advocate of esoteric stuff by any means but I do believe it works at a physiological level to some degree.
