48 Hour Response in < 90 Days
-
I posted approximately 3 months ago about some issues I was having with a company called CloudBerry. They just got back to me to say the feature they said thay have but that they do not have does not have a "certain ETA" but that they will let me know when it does get added. I'm a little conflicted. While 3 months is a bit over 48 hours (the response time they indicate for users of their pro product), not many companies would send a response to such an old email.

No, no, you see it's much nicer than that. Reality is simply not precisely congruent with their approximation of services they offer. An honest mistake, I am sure.

How can an ETA be certain? It's either certain or it's estimated.

At least they didn't tell me they don't have an estimated ETA. :)
