48 Hour Response in < 90 Days

I posted approximately 3 months ago about some issues I was having with a company called CloudBerry. They just got back to me to say the feature they said thay have but that they do not have does not have a "certain ETA" but that they will let me know when it does get added. I'm a little conflicted. While 3 months is a bit over 48 hours (the response time they indicate for users of their pro product), not many companies would send a response to such an old email.

delete this;No, no, you see it's much nicer than that. Reality is simply not precisely congruent with their approximation of services they offer. An honest mistake, I am sure.
