I see CP has some new features. What does rate this message and noise level do? Thanks!

each vote is weighted by some voodoo incantations... in addition to the metals mentioned, eye of newt and batwing are important ingredients too! I wonder if I can get better ratings if I make a Bob voodoo doll and threaten it with sharp needles. :-D Marc Help! I'm an AI running around in someone's f*cked up universe simulator.
