I see CP has some new features. What does rate this message and noise level do? Thanks!

You'll see for yourself - if a couple more people rate your message "1", it will turn grey. :-D You can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your friend's nose.

Actually, i'd almost vote you up for that - MFC *does* suck, and your characterization of VBers as "users" is spot-on. But even in quotes, "GUI programming" is wrong; GUI development is rather more like flower arrangement than programming: an enjoyable activity producing beautiful results for some, but a painful exercise in trial and error producing at best bland results for most. verdict: 3 - misleading.

Exactly. But my point (this time) was not to discuss about GUI programming - I just wanted to provoke GUI programmers to grey my message. So far, I didn't really succeed. :~

Hey! -11C is nothing, when we have -11C (in north of Sweden) I don't wear any jacket or so, just my cap and gloves! When it's about -17C and lower I start thinking about if I will wear jacket or not! :-D But Jörgen lives in very south, or almost, of Sweden so he don't know what a REAL cold weather is! ;P Rickard Andersson@Suza Computing C# and C++ programmer from SWEDEN!
