Noise level?

I... concur! From now on I will never again touch C++. Thanks Shog! Your words have had a profound effect on me. I have converted! At last I feel inner peace. -- Eventhough the forrest is full of trees, there's still no tree between the trees.

**VB6 is the best language for heavy-duty calculation engines; C++ should be used only where speed is not an issue.**
GUI programming, like web design, is at best an activity for children, and one no self-respecting adult should engage in.

Nah, just kidding. I just looked at the thermometer, and it's just -11C outside. Hell hasn't frozen yet. :) -- Eventhough the forrest is full of trees, there's still no tree between the trees.

I'd have had to become a monk (a Perl Monk...? naw...) and spend the rest of my days writing unclickable buttons in C++ for penance. Jörgen Sigvardsson wrote: Darn! That's a lot of Shogs... Yes. Hey! -11C is nothing, when we have -11C (in north of Sweden) I don't wear any jacket or so, just my cap and gloves! When it's about -17C and lower I start thinking about if I will wear jacket or not! :-D But Jörgen lives in very south, or almost, of Sweden so he don't know what a REAL cold weather is! ;P Rickard Andersson@Suza Computing C# and C++ programmer from SWEDEN! MFC sucks!!!!! GUI "programming" is for VB users!!!!
I bet this one will be grey in a matter of minutes. :)
