Is anyone else's Apple-Lawsuit-Sense tingling?

I just saw the latest Lumia 810[^] and my first thought was "Wow, that looks a lot like the iPhone 5[^]. Does anyone else sense a Lawsuit zooming towards Nokia? I for one wonder if Nokia can suffer another massive blow in the form of an Apple lawsuit considering they're in a do-or-die situation at the moment. But I have to say, the Lumia 810 looks sharp.

But first Nokia has to sell this phone like hot cakes, just like Samsung did with Galaxy S series. Only then it will happen...
