Hello Dave it's good back here innit? I didn't have a clue what you, Chris and Mark were discussing at the front of class just now, it seemed well brainy though.

Well I was just making it up, no idea what I was talking about.

Don't mention that lot to Ali, there is a lot of bad blood. She got hold of their mailing list and started spamming the membership with info about Diabetes to try and stop them eating so much so she could increase her share.

Strange isn't it how tories are always accused of being the 'nasties', and yet every comment I see by a socialist contains enough vitriol to dissolve a battleship.

One of these days I'm going to think of a really clever signature.

I've had the dubious pleasure of having to spend time with a number of MPs. The Labour ones were, by and large, normal blokes (some of whom talked far too much). The Lib Dems were all schoolteachers and Indians (Indians are OK, but schoolteachers are idiots). I could see that each one of the tories was only out for himself. Of the three, the tories were the ones I would trust least with any kind of power over my life and the lives of my family. And those were people that DD aspires to emulate. X|

So you would trust Blair, who took this country to war on the basis of a complete lie. Brown, Darling and Balls, who between them brought the economy of this country to the point of bankruptcy. And the rest of them who would not know the truth if it bit them on the backside. And I have met a few MPs in my time (though not as many as you), and have exactly the opposite view to yours.

Oh, I guess I thought if you didn't already know who is he and what was happening it wouldn't be funny. It was about the Conservative Party Conference (ie a load of boring politians droning on about how important they are  ) Here's a very late linky for you: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-19890459[^] :-D

The socialists are plural, but the lot is singular, and you modified the subject by using it.
