Could it be that Mendor81 was really wondering where his serious thread about life went - and how it became a thread about Indian food? Well, things sure can change fast!

I once fell through the roof of an Indian Restaurant. I spent three weeks in a Korma. I woke up with my head on a Pillau.

Actually there was a guy who at 21 was a dwarf (< 3 foot) but then had a growth spurt and ended up over 7 foot tall, AFAIK he is the only person to have been classified as both dwarf and giant

It's Tuesday, so pun threads are compulsory - it's in the T&Cs you agreed to when you joined.

Impossible. Dwarfism is a genetic condition. It is possible he had a pituitary condition that meant he had limited growth and was therefore small at a young age, but this condition may have reversed or cured itself whilst he was still in a growth phase. He would therefore have been of diminutive stature, aka A Midget, for a while, but not a dwarf. A Midget is small, but with the relative indexing of all body parts (ie arms and legs in ration), whereas dwarfs have relatively short limbs.

Might have been a midget or might be that the book it came from is just wrong, will check when I get home (if I can be arsed)
