I don't belong to that group, but that link was supposed to lead to some useful information, and all I found was "We are sorry. The page you requested cannot be found". Have a look at the Spell Checking API[^], and try following the link Lately I've come across this message more often than seems reasonable - and reporting the problem doesn't seem to help ...

Could it be because of your native language (not supported by spell checker...), since it works perfectly for me? After all Finnish language is one of the most used languages in the universe and beyond ;P

The odd thing is that, for me, the url is consistently leading to the error page, while it seems most people have no problem at all.

yes it was... A "senior moment" is a term used when an individual (of any age) has had a "mental glitch", and is derived from afflictions often witnessed in elders ("seniors"). http://alzheimers.about.com/od/symptomsofalzheimers/a/seniormoments.htm[^]

The installation of a spell checking provider must place all the files it uses in a location that allows read access from the SID (security identifier) "ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES".

My point was that "Program Files" is supposed to be for nominally read-only things like DLLs, config files, etc. A spell checker will be subject to update ("add to dictionary") and so the libraries should be in "Program Data" not "Program Files".
