Long Weekend

It's Australia day on Saturday - so we get Monday as a public hol. so I've taken Thurs and Fri off for a 5 day weekend! Off to the coast tomorrow with The Boy to skate and surf (weather permitting, it's 30+ degrees but a little rainy) Have fun slaving over a hot keyboard!

We appear to be getting warm snow here at the moment. Woke up this morning with everything covered in snow, it's been snowing steadily all day long, there is far less snow on the ground then when I got up. I don't understand how that is happening.

Wish the public holiday was the next Monday. Then I could watch the Superbowl live instead of having to record it and watch when I get home. Somehow I always manage to find out the result before I get to watch the game.
