Nice touch, I am going the flowers route with my wife too ... with a small twist though. Some white carnations colored light blue with a mix of pink roses. We are expecting twins and I am hoping for the best of both worlds :-D

We're going down to the docks to see if we can find anyone selling a fresh Spring Salmon (aka king salmon to any U.S. people) which I will cook into a great dinner with Rissoto and roasted plum tomatoes with green beans and champagne.
