Seems to me you're in a great position. Attend the meeting. Anything wrong - blame them, they're not there to defend themselves. Anything good - take the glory. Win-Win!

The circumstances are not ones you have chosen, not ones you would have wished for, but, on another level, if the option to postpone the meeting is not feasible, this is an opportunity for you, a potential achievement. good luck, Bill

Make sure that: -- There are plenty of beverages, choccy bikkies, and snack food, and that rooms are really ready (network & beamers attached and tested, etc.) -- You have several small-talk topics prepared. -- You know what they're looking for (the more precise the details, the better), and that you're ready to talk about those subjects, rather than the subjects you'd like to talk about. -- You have questions that will help you find out precisely what they need from you (not so much "What do you want this to do?", but more "How will you use this?" -- show an interest in what they do, and they'll give you all kind of details that will help avoid complaints, later) -- You're ready to shut up and let them talk, and never interrupt them.

To me it looks like that its not their personal health but your teams health is poor - you should look deeper and try to improve things and communication...

God does not care ... Just show up and be professional; do not make promises that you and your project manager would not make. If all go well, you will be in a good position when your next yearly review is done to ask for a bit more. AND DO NOT SCREW UP.
