Shorts, Damian, shorts. You know, those things you Queenslanders put on when your budgie smugglers are not formal enough.

At my (soon to be ex-)work, at the head office, tie is mandatory. Black leather shoes too. And long sleeve white shorts. This is a personal pet peeve of mine! But lo and behold, to my surprise I discovered Olympic committees are even worse!! Poor guy! :~ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kazuhiro_Kokubo[^]

Wow, that is awful. I think I would rather be flipping burgers. Alright, that might be an exaggeration, but I would not take a job where I have to dress like that unless it pays 5 times what I earn now. Soren Madsen

I don't believe that I've ever owned a pair of long sleeve white shorts. If I did, I've refuse to wear them, as I do for 60 year old autos found in the storage buildings.

            Will Rogers never met me.

Wimp. I'm still wearing shorts and I'm out the door at 05:30.

Sorry but I think he deserved to be barred from the opening ceremony. When you are selected to represent a country, you have honour and you have responsibilities. Tough!

Absolutely. It's like when I saw Boris gallumphing around inappropriately dressed during the closing of the Beijing Olympics, amidst people showing respect; I felt true shame for my country.

Er, yeah. The weather's been so cold and grey here for so long that I'm seriously considering emigrating.

I like wearing suits. The amount of stuff you can cram into the pockets of a well-cut suit is amazing. It's like the equivalent of wearing a handbag, with the contents distributed around your body tactically.

:confused::confused::confused: Shorts and a tshirt are perfectly appropriate attire for constructing something like this[^] over the course of a winter. The only reason I didn't finish entombing the tree was that last storm bent the branches out into the area the person in the next apartment needed to walk around her car.
