Errm, I'm not downloading a file just on your say so.

I was brought up to respect my elders. I don't respect many people nowadays.

I downloaded it, it is a Google Docs page which redirects you to the Google docs image (Weird, I know...). If you won't use the OPs link, use mine (As you can see, PNG file + authentication key as URL parameter): https://fb18e93b-a-62cb3a1a-s-sites.googlegroups.com/site/thecabinet3/home/files-store/DarkerShadowWindow.png?attachauth=ANoY7cp63AI2wjPAAokYI7MpGNxJyZAEP1MVJzk_4Jw4OPSm7RWgynXflI_YlAVpzPMFDrGyRrzO4YgmLKtNgMzsA7NrCblHfDDpP3fG2hd8ABn64W-z9bM2Z0m8dCNFwHKL95HxVMArvGA2WCp8MGVxOdlLkheeNLNigjU7jEi_BaKCG2Z0kozyZwkZ1LE0pJMYcu1qv0F0WiVr0NJ--KWnPepN3cTycNsmQtsTmvVfagO8Joo0ruPHVatB3pV_m_OfpLIoh5qI&attredirects=0[^]

This is captured from my computer's screen and I didn't use photoshop to make this, just captured by Shift + Print. No code, no hack, simply and hope you can guess: Here is the snapshot: :omg: Darker shadow window =))

You can trust the OP, they're super. :) By the way, would you like to try some candy, little boy?

Maybe make a bunch of windows the same size and stack them? I'm not sure how the blending works with those shadows, I usually turn them off.

I used "photoshopped" in its common meaning, equal to "manipulate and/or change a picture".

I know, but as a developer I tend to ignore such subtile things.

There is no standard way for me to post a picture here, so an external link to it seem to be the only choice for me. What's wrong if I choose Google sites as the location for my picture?

The red characters were made by MS Paint, but I wanted to talk about the darker shadow around the window border.

You seem to be the first one here who guessed it correctly. Simply there are about 10 windows of IDM with the same size and located at the same position. This can be used as a trick to make your form border shadow darker as you want. However it seems that there is a few people today using Windows 7, almost people are using Windows 8 as a moderner one and not few others who have switched to MAC (and waiting for Windows 9?)
