I can manage a six pack in less than 15minutes.

It started with just me and another person at the office. We decided that we would race to six pack abs. I thought it would be nice to be ripped for beast mode, so we decided that we'd both have a 6 pack by june 1st, regardless of who got there first. The someone else in the office heard, and he is in on the challenge. So we asked the office manager, and now she is in on it. Now I have to beat all 3 of them.

Isn't ab definition directly related to body fat percentage? If so, the quickest way would be to starve/fast.

I wonder how low a percentage one needs to achieve in order to see good ab definition. Based on this, the minimum range for body fat percent (some fat is necessary) for men is either 2-5% or 10-16% (depending on if you trust the first paragraph or the table). I'm at about 17% right now and I'm not seeing any definition (well, hints of definition, but I might just be delusionally optimistic).

I'll check my % at the gym today. I know I have at least 25 pounds of fat on me to lose, so I'm in the 13-17% range. I have some definition finally (on my upper abs), but I think it's because my belly fat is under my ab muscles (I think I have fat around my organs). I know I'm doing alright since my weight keeps staying the same, and my pants keep getting looser in the waist. I'm not aiming for a 6 pack- I want to know how low % is needed to lose my neck fat. A few of my coworkers that I go to the gym with have definition, I'll ask about their body fat %.

yes, for the most part, it is direclty related to body fat percentage. You can get some really low body fat with no abs in some people. If you starve yourself, your body will get rid of muscle. That is not something I'm willing to do and can lead to the above symptom. The easiest way is to workout 3-5 times a week and lower your calories to a good deficit. You'll end up around 9 * body weight. If you do your macros right that's not too bad.

12% you can see a decent part of your abs if you have good ab muscles. I had a six pack if the light was on my back when I was 12.5%. So some photos looked like I had a 6 pack :D . a six pack is 10% or lower if you aren't relying on the light

I lost my neck fat at 15% , but where you carry your body fat is unique to your body type. Before people used it as an excuse to be fat, that is what the whole phrase about different body types meant. I tend to keep fat in my lower abs, and lower back. Which results in my brother making fun of me for "back fat" :D

whos more popular, the guy who brings a six pack to the party or they guy who brings the keg? :-D

Treat stressful situations like a dog, if you can't eat it, play with it or screw it, then just piss on it and walk away. Be careful which toes you step on today, they might be connected to the foot that kicks your butt tomorrow.
