I'm not sure. He was entertaining but, W is aslo o so funny. I personaly would have loved to seen junior and Gore debate more. I never did understand what the whole point was, but then I never saw the point behind the more recent Diana's Butler 'scandal' (or Diana for that matter), the whole Peter Mandelson 'scandal', or that thing with Blair's wife and that Aussie con man -- sorry, that Aussie con man 'scandal'. Clinton had plenty of chances to come out of that whole mess with at least a shred of integrity, and he pissed them all away. Ok, it seems I wasn't too clear. I didn't mean I didn't care about what he did (the lying, the perjury), but of the way it was handled in the press. Don't tell me the average joe gave a damn about the lying or the perjury -- they just wanted the legal crap to end so they could read the "how the president did me in his private jet" spread in [insert US equivalent of the Daily Mirror here], and the "how he sent bodyguards to steal my [tapes/dress/photos]" special on NBC.

I didn't see why it needed to be such major news for so long and for the reasons that were always underlying the issue as seen from the outside. I'm afraid you're probably right in this regard. It always bothered me when these pundits would get on TV and talk about "it's not about the sex" and then just keep talking about the sex. I lean more to the right than the left but I kept pulling my hair out when it seemed like they could only find stupid people to speak for the right of center crowd.

About the republican bit: I read a book by Michael Moore (stupid white men) www.amazon.com[^]and I was really surprised at how far right even Bill Clinton was :omg: (the book's mostly about the current administration but Mr Clinton doesn't get away with anything) . How is the office hours of the president decided? I see on TV that GWB is at his ranch most of the time (I may be wrong). Obviously, it does not affect the way he works.
