I have almost that impression. This morning, at 6:50am I parked my car, went out and I was wet from sweatting after 50 meters. Yesterday was a tropical night, tonight as well and it will be a tropical day (Yesterdays record in Switzerland: 36.5 °C in Sion, the highest since 1965). Now it's 10:00am and we have already 22 °C and the air is very heavy, humidity 80-90%.

It's here, right 2 degrees up (that amounts to nearly 222 km) from here and it's boiling 41 degrees Celsius with relative humidity 95%... we even had rains in the morinng... more are likely to happen now X|

It was a bit like that yesterday here (England) – as soon as you go outside and move, sweat everywhere. It's a lot dryer today though, so you've only got one day to look forward to.

It's a bit unpleasant here in the south-east UK but not unbearable. I was first in our office and it was like a stuffy sauna. Windows opened...phew.

We usually tend to avoid topics about Capricorne as well.

Well, then maybe with the equator, which is right in the middle of both (and of the earth)

Yeah, equator is indeed a good topic. Balanced.
