Tomorrow's trek

So tomorrow, I'll be making track early in the morning from Huntsville, Alabama, to Beaufort, South Carolina (north of Savannah according to google maps). I'll be going there for the company of the good and gracious Mike Hankey where we'll both be enjoying a decent BBQ from his neck of the woods. I'm looking forward to it :)

Aside from work, this trip is also about BBQs So far, Texas Mesquite is certainly in the lead :jig:

:laugh: He's a funny guy... He's got nothing on Texas! ;P I was born in Texas but pretty much spent most of my early life in New Mexico... then moved around quite a bit and now I'm in the east coast (mid-atlantic)... so I'm not all that biased, just with BBQ... ;)
