Do we have any data on the distribution of the CP denizens by location, age? [edit] Since ChrisElston offered his stats: Canada, 34yo [edit 2] I meant is there a way where we can mine this? Something along the lines of the Twitter, FriendFace and LinkedIn APIs (bonus points to [s]he who gets the reference, but not if you're in the British Isles, faaaar too easy :) )

Hey Chris, many thanks. Ask and ye shall receive. However, I think there is a slight mistake. If we take that awesome age bracket of 30-40, we get 30 Australia 45% Brazil 51% Canada 41% My math might be flawed, but between those three nations, we have 137% of the age group from 30-39 (or so is my understanding) Besides, shouldn't you be tucked in bed by now?

I saw that, then realised it must have been the spread of ages for a particular country rather than overall...

It seems that the US participation drops off a bit after age 80. I'll have to work on improving that in a few years... We used to have a rather nice demographics section for the site; whatever happened to it?

Considering the normal ratio of samples used to prove things (a couple of hundred : the population of the Earth), that's plenty. So, CP is populated by Englishmen approaching their forties.

Though he'll be 45 down here in Australia the next time Code Project has a birthday, so he may be forgetting stuff by then.
