I have Alzheimer's and OCD...I can't remember what I'm supposed to do and it's driving me crazy!

Mine? Is being too tidy. At home, the pantry cupboard is rigidly organised, sauces in one place, tins arranged by type in another. It works and we always know where to find things and what needs replenishing. Mrs. Wife doesn't care where she puts things back so I'm always opening and checking. It drives her nuts and she drive me nuts which is nuts considering it's just a stupid pantry cupboard. I will never write unless I use a fountain pen. Roller-ball pens really annoy me. I detest them. My power tools are always kept spotlessly clean. I dust them down and wipe them clean every time I use them. Never ask me to borrow any of my power tools. Ever. The answer is unconditional no. I'll use them for you but that's the end of the story concerning them. Mrs. Wife leaves magazines and books scattered around; I clear them up and rearrange them in tidy stacks. I even realign the bits of paper she uses for bookmarks; all of them aligned and staggered for quick usage. I will visit and revisit my code and look for better and neater ways to do things; the compiler doesn't give a toss. I've seen bits of MSIL where crumbs are swept under an instruction. The MSIL looks clean on top and I know there's keyboard fluff in there as well. Bloody compiler.
If there is one thing more dangerous than getting between a bear and her cubs it's getting between my wife and her chocolate.
I have a cleaning lady coming once a week. So my OCD is not at home. At work? before that Visual Studio came out with all the like tools (like IntelSense) I believe it's not there either (anymore). Maybe in traffic. I am very conscious while driving and never even came in touch with Police.
