Geez. I got now what I was searching so far. A first JB fan boy.

A fine choice. But if you're in the mood, I must heartily recommend Aqualung.

What's everybody listening to while you mindlessly crank out code?? Overhead, the albatross hangs motionless upon the air, and deep beneath the rolling waves in labyrinths of coral caves, the echo of a distant time comes willowing acrossed the sand, and everything is green and summery. --Echos (Live) Pink Floyd

White noise. I can't write code and listen to music at the same time. :( /ravi

Pure white noise drives me crazy. I wonder if it's because I have tinnitus and white noise just adds the constant ringing in my ears. (I sometimes relax with nature sounds, but it has to be authentic sounds with variation, not computer generated or a small sample on a loop.)

It's actually a 60 minute looped pink noise sample (with no variation). I tweak the EQ on playback depending on the proximity and gender of the chatter around me. Sorta like poor man's noise cancellation. /ravi

I like the live version on David Gilmour's Live in Gdansk the best. 25+ minutes long...

Dave Kreskowiak*checks phone* Velvet Revolver at the moment. Queued up is some Wolfmother, Pussycat Dolls, Mi-Sex, Chili Peppers, Big Sugar, Daft Punk, Vivaldi, Death in Vegas, Fatman Scoop and the Breeders. Kinda explains a lot, doesn't it.

Dave KreskowiakDepends on my mood. Sometimes it's soft piano with nature sounds. Sometimes it's relaxing Japanese music. Sometimes it's heavy metal (Iron Maiden, Accept, Metallica, Lost Horizon, Nightwish, etc...).
