                    Someone once said "you're either with us, or against us". Ever since then, killing on suspicion is acceptable, but only if it is on one side. A synonym for it is a pre-emptive strike. Kill first, doctor up the proof later. Another one is "it is easier to ask forgiveness than permission". It all means the same thing. We will do what we want when we want it and there's nothing you can say or do about it.
