That is quite a nice incentive. Some might need to travel a bit far though. :-D http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-northern-ireland-27323080[^]

Nope, look again. See "IT jobs", major red flag. Next, look up "Capita Managed IT Solutions", look at their careers section. Run away screaming.

Sorry, did I miss it? What incentive?

"£29.9m investment" "£4m of support for the new jobs" "offered £1.2m of training support for the investment."

If it's any consolation, I have no idea what incentive either...

Oh, you are saying it is an incentive for the company. I see. I misunderstood and thought you were saying it was a big incentive for someone to go get a job there. My mistake. :-O

Based on the OP's reply to me I think OP means incentive for the company, not the individual. That makes more sense.

I'd love to work in an office that had "T.E.A.M." printed on A3 sheets on the bosses' office glass wall. I do very much hope they've used that acronym to make some profound comment on the nature of working collaboratively. (I think I would go with "Treat Everyone As Morons")

It's alright, after you asked I started to wonder if I haven't expressed my idea the wrong way. Thanks for asking.

                          Rearrange them to "M.A.T.E."

You'll never get very far if all you do is follow instructions.
