              Based on the OP's reply to me I think OP means incentive for the company, not the individual. That makes more sense.

                I'd love to work in an office that had "T.E.A.M." printed on A3 sheets on the bosses' office glass wall. I do very much hope they've used that acronym to make some profound comment on the nature of working collaboratively. (I think I would go with "Treat Everyone As Morons")
