That would probably hurt less than several other places...

Screech? Is that what they call that filtered sewage known here as Canadian Whiskey?

No... screech in a rum from Newfoundland and, as such, a distinctly Canadian product.

It's a rum. Popular in Newfoundland, and my house. (Although brewed in Jamaica)

Hell no. Screech is the Newfie version of the the Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster except it leaves you feeling like you've had your brains smashed in by maple cured bacon wrapped around a fresh Cod.

We're serving roast beaver at the office today, and taking turns at swinging a bat at a harp seal pinata! Sing along... "Oh, I'm a lumberjack and I'm okay. I sleep all night and I work all day. I put on women's clothing, and hang around in bars..."

Sounds like when you get home from the office you should drink a Baby Seal: Club soda over a pile of coconut. A shot of Canadian Club Whiskey. A splash of grenadine for color. Served with a wooden stirring stick.

   That would be anytime between Christmas and Boxing Day. But it's usually windy then. It sounds like life is great - I'm glad to hear it! And truthfully, it's not too awful around here in Fall and Spring, just avoid Summer and your chances of survival go up a lot. Feel free anytime!! :-D
