Why the colon? Surely if it's part of a numbered list you should have a period instead of a colon, no? Also should a numbered list have a period at the end of each list item? :wtf:

I was thinking more along the lines that code doesn't tolerate fuzzy and that we drive users nuts when we harass them for clarification on their loose requirements language.
