Where's that? Other than temporaries for new cars I don't think I've ever seen a plate without raised numbers/letters.

Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason? Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? --Zachris Topelius Training a telescope on one’s own belly button will only reveal lint. You like that? You go right on staring at it. I prefer looking at galaxies. -- Sarah Hoyt

There is nothing new here. I was teaching computer basics, including programming, to inmates at an open prison in England as part of a rehabilitation scheme as a moonlighting job back when I was a university professor in the early 1980s. One of my students went on to take a Computer Science degree course at a leading university (not mine).

        - I would love to change the world, but they won’t give me the source code.

You a native or transplant? I think Delaware prints them too, it's one of those Yankee states anyway. If that's your plate we now know your birth month too. Native Georgian.

It would be interesting to see if this particular person did not end up back in prison, but rather went on to be a productive member of society, writing null reference exceptions. :)

I would think 4 days a week for 6 months in a class of 18 taught by a real world professional would turn out some bloody good coders. They would certainly put the Q&A to shame!
