Sounds like something the clown PMs I used to work with would say to their constituents describing their project management process. These clowns would talk Agile this, Agile that, and typically lead 1 meeting at the beginning of a project. Then about a day after the meeting I would typically receive an email from them with a memo like they were my best friend, a big fancy signature with PMP, CSM at the end of their name, the Project Plan (requirements of the entire project to them), and we'd start coding until we were done!

Oh! The irony of it all! When used in the context of writing code, "Agile" is a single-word oxymoron!
