I want a notebook/tablet, running Win 10, that has a usable screen size of an A4 page (8.27x11.69 inches), which would mean a screen diagonal size of 14.32 inches. Said critter should let me display/work in either vertical or horizontal modes. I don't care how "thick" or how heavy it is. The tablet should come with a usable high-resolution stylus. Fingerprint-reader for log-in. GPS, etc. I want somewhere near 1600x2,560 pixel resolution. Of utmost importance is the quality/readability of text (black on white, or off-white, background). I want standard telephone capability in the tablet (4g, etc.). Of course, I expect wi-fi, and some form of wireless (BlueTooth ?). I want a minimum 256 gigs SSD. I want at least 2 USB 3.0 ports, one ethernet port, one HDMI port, at least 8 gigs memory. E-SATA port would be cool. CPU: "entry-level" i7 spec is fine. Card-reader built-in. I want a docking station that, optionally, allows more memory, and another disk drive, and a dvd-burner/player: wall-wart powered ok. It's fine with me if the docking station does not include a keyboard, although I realize that is probably not possible. When detached from docking station, I want about 10 hours of battery-use minimum while using apps like Visual Studio, browser, text editor, Excel, PhotoShop, etc. Playing videos continuously: 6~8 hours max is okay. Speed of re-charge time not critical. Battery and memory must be replaceable by a "mere mortal" (i.e., not require manufacturer service). I want all this (yes, the docking station too ... and a complete set of all possibly required cables and adapters) for less than US $750. If you need my address to send at least one of these to me, please just ask. :wtf:

:wtf:

He asked for a laptop, not for a super powerful server machine.

:wtf:

To ask, no. To deliver, maybe. If you can extend the time-frame by a decade or two, it should be feasible.

Depends when you will ask it.
