Here in my office there is a girl that believes in any "magic" or "esoteric" BS she can gets her hands on. So, now she’s a prophet, saying that April, 17th Saddam will use his WMDs, and April, 19th , US will use nukes. The funny thing is that she already predicted tons of things and none of them ever became true. She even predicted that would win the biggest Brazilian lottery (Megasena) two months ago, but for a strange reason she still keeps working here... :)

Well I'm not saying it will happen. I'm just a little nervous, that's all. Your story reminds me of the certain religious movements. They are constantly predicting the end of the world. People sell everything and give it to the leaders, and then they wait and nothing happens. So then they gotta rebuild from scratch.
