I think he was never off to second place at all! He was richest, in 2015 too. Anyways, if all the problem is to get the haircut, come to Pakistan. Because, barbers here can offer a "suitable" haircut in just $0.5 (Which is 50 rupees), with proper shave and mustache trimming for just extra $0.1! :-)

So to save ~$10 on a haircut, I should spend ~$1000 on airfare. Yup. Makes perfect sense. :laugh:
