Possibility of a Surface Phone

If you browse to http://www.surfacephone.com/ you'll find that it redirects to https://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us. Looks like Microsoft owns that domain. Which may mean we may see a high end top of the line Surface phone by next year :-) Source - Microsoft now owns Surfacephone.com - Yahoo News[^] Just a heads up :-)

... or re-branded Nokia stuff.
There are two types of people in this world: those that pronounce GIF with a soft G, and those who do not deserve to speak words, ever.

I doubt that. The Lumia-models are the Nokia ones. This will be designed from scratch like they did with the Surface tablet/laptop.

 I still think MS (or anybody else) will need something totally revolutionary in order to push another mobile OS into the Android / iOS duopoly. From what I've seen of Windows Phone OSes they don't have it yet.

Squee!!! Another mobile platform so we can learn a whole pile of new proprietary information to develop an app. :) It will be simple, of course.
Well if you write an Universal Windows App, it will run on the phone, the tablet, the laptop, and any other supported device :-)

And... I have ocean-side property for sale in Arizona and quite a few stock picks for you to invest in immediately. You're virtually guaranteed to get rich. Virtually. Also, here are the next winning Powerball numbers... 34 27...
You will be unsurprised to hear that that went straight to the "probable spam" list!
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

The concept has been announced, but still in development and thus may not arrive. Planning currently has it being Intel based, and following the ideal of being a laptop on a phone. Form scale adopts, and (like the full surface) it supports 3 monitors when docked, an extension to the current Continuum model. Look into the div previews of their bridge environments for examples (bridges are this current phase of mixing win10, ios and [was-to-be] android apps). All subject to viability - and the halt on current phone push is to prevent backlash ... if you believe the spin :) ... could also be as simply as they are not selling, lol
