      Good candidates as well. Symantec and InstallShield deserve extra attention for taking once great product lines and making them suck so hard they have an event horizon.

            Might I please add in: Customer Support at Virgin Mobil Customer Support at Roku Can one add a few bucks to the contract to ensure it's done painfully?
