You're not making sense mate. You're saying that people are not protesting that Trump won but who he is. Then you admit that they wouldn't protest if he hadn't won. That doesn't add up. Trump would still be who he is if he hadn't won. That reason still exists in the time line where he lost, but they wouldn't protest there, so it cannot be the reason.

Not sure why this is a difficult concept.. Why would someone protest a racist president if is LOST? had he lost, he would not become president - so there's no reason to protest. People are not upset that the electoral process or the fair outcome of the elections. They're upset that someone so blatantly racist got elected.

THEN I mentioned that in light of people's feeling about their perceptions about Trump being divisive, he THEN appoints Bannon. Trump won" What these folks fail to realize is that they're not protesting Trump because he won, but because of who he is. He is clearly divisive. He has made disparaging comments towards blacks, latinos, women, jews... to name a few. Now, he appoints Steve Bannon to his inncer circle. For those of you who don't know Bannon ran a Breitbart [^] which has published some pretty racist stuff. If you haven't taken the time to look it up - do so. So this appointment clearly shows that either Trump doesn't understand why half the country doesn't like him - or he doesn't care. He talks about being president for all the people, then makes decisions that alienates half of them. Not off to a good start.

Trump needs to put a few key republicans inn power in his cabinet else he wont get broad Republican support and wont get any bill through the houses. Whether or not he chooses to listen to Bannon is another thing. Get the picture? Trump is no fool, seriously, he is a very clever player, he knows how to get what he wants, knows how to use people.
