Well ... technically ... What licence is it distributed under? Can I not accept the licence terms in advance please?

Of course! It's distributed under P.I.T.A. an open source wide license terms. As far as I know all the reviews claim it makes the encryption job pretty well... They are still improving the decryption process and this is the reason they ask for some bitcoins to help...

I'd like to blanket reject everything that is under PITA, if that's not too much trouble? :-D

Not at all! You can always replace P.I.T.A. with P.I.T.B.! Like in the P.I.T.A. license you will only have to pay a bitcoin fee to decrypt the data, the difference with this other license type is that here you will never know if they will encrypt your data again... I tell you it is a strange license type.

I can think of a couple of sites that should be encrypted! Or as a bare minimum would be better scrambled...

His invisible username is a bug in the system. I believe that Chris and co will get around to it as soon as they possibly can.

Ain't "encryptor" and "open source" kind of a contradiction ? I mean, ok, pgp and stuff, but still... If you know how it is encrypted... It helps decrypt it.

No, if the encryption system is correctly designed. See: Kerckhoffs's Principle[^]
