The U.S. is focusing on removing a very evil regime from the face of the earth - Iran. Now, whether or not we remove them from existence, remains to be seen. The United States has plenty of interest in what is "good and healthy". Problem is that the Left and the Right cannot agree as to the implementation for said "good and healthy". We subsidize our farmers the best we can, but again, that is $$$$, and no one likes to spend $$$$ on bad crops - no return on investment. It sucks, but that is life.

Priorities. At the moment, the top priority is the army, not the food. You don't invest in bad crops, that's why the Dutch will happily sell you some good crops - regardless of our weather, since we grow a lot in greenhouses.

Moments into office she is making antisemitic comments, tax "irregularities", issues around how legal her "husband" is and if they defrauded the immigration system. Yet they all rally around her, and anyone who criticises is, of course, just racist.
