I don't think that Chris "lacks knowledge in VB", rather he wants keep the site focused on C++/C#. If you have a VB article there are plenty of other worthy places to post it. P.S. - In case you haven't noticed, VB is looked down upon here as a toy language.

Seeing as VB is the last refuge of techo idiots, that's probably a good thing. We do have a VB forum, and places for VB.NET articles, but apparently, VB programmers are too stupid to find them, so they stay empty. Which is good, it leaves this site for actual *programmers*, as opposed to VB monkeys. Have you tried submitting a VB article? I'm sure CP will accept any well written article on software development subjects. Heck, even Java is welcomed. It threatens me that VB makes managers think that idiots can write code, and so wages go down almost as fast as the 'system's written by the VB guys. I've met ONE good VB coder in all my coding, and even he admits that any ability VB may have as a lanuage in situations where it's OK to have your hand held is completely besmirched by the fact that the vast majority ( not everyone, but close ) of VB programmers are totally clueless, and not worth having around.
