" Crazy stuff, but all the more so as I can relate to getting comfy with strange inanimate objects which can in no way return my affection :-O Nice photo's - you have more somewhere?

Anyone feel like posting a link to their personal web site? I'm contemplating starting mine back up - so I'm looking for ideas. :) The only solid idea I have so far is that I want to do it in XML/XHTML with stylesheets... Which means I need to learn that. Also, can anybody reccomend a decent (for-pay) host? e.g. ads are not allowed. Found http://hostsnare.net/[^], but no asp.net there. :)

Host it yourself if you have broadband and a decent provider, then you can use ASP.NET to your hearts content (remember to use iislockd :-)). Would link to mine, but I've not finished sorting out domains and stuff properly - if you're really interested, the temporary url is in my bio. And is it me, or does every techs/geeks/devs web site always live in this state of "needs updating"? -- Ian Darling

            - the form is not accepting html - the form is not turning urls to cliquable html (I have the javascript regexp for you, just in case) - the "preview/hide" mode is annoying since you have to unhide bfore you preview again (or I missed something).

Other than mimicing Cp with a popup, you could have a preview just below the form if you use dynamic html to change the content of a span tag (for instance).

Other than mimicing Cp with a popup, you could have a preview just below the form if you use dynamic html to change the content of a span tag (for instance).

Interesting, thanks for the link. I added Enctype="application/x-www-form-urlencoded", however after re-reading that really didn't do anything for me because that is the default encoding format. Is there another setting I should be using, I didn't find one. Like I said it is weird b/c the same code is running locally and displaying output as HTML. I suppose this would decrease postback server activity, I will look into it. -Nick Parker
