    I stumbled upon this while searching for info on sha-256 generation in C# libraries. If you go to duckduckgo.com (hopefully, it's your default search engine) and type

    sha-256 <any text>

    DuckDuckGo will generate the sha-256 hash for you. Here's an example snapshot[^] for the hash of the letter a. Your a dev so I know you will use this constantly. :rolleyes:
