I got spam in my spam

It/they actually told me I didn't need semicolons at the end of my lines.

In this country, we call that Parliament.
In America, we call it Congress.

If "con" is the opposite of "pro" then Congress is the opposite of Progress.

The original I assume? :) SPAM[^]

Recently I got a comment on one of my articles here, and I couldn't tell if it was a defective spambot or not due to the title "Language Basics Crash Course" and a message that was completely out of context (about javascript on a C++ article) I replied because of the ambiguity, and corrected their comment since the article was C++. Then another commenter (a real one) joined in the discussion. A couple replies later, I get a spambot replying to my reply. I suspect within a decade the spambots here will have whole conversations with each other.

My Dad was career Army and made sure we had some of the same chow that he and his team had to eat during WW2. Not sure why it is so popular in Hawaii.

In the time before bots, I had two mail servers talking to each other. looking at email stats I noticed the top sender had sent and received hundreds of thousands of emails. Upon investigation what had happened was the person had put an out-of-office notification on, as had a customer on her account. I cannot say who fired the first shot, but both were replying to out of office messages immediately after receiving an out of office message.
Nothing succeeds like a budgie without teeth. To err is human, to arr is pirate.

Some JavaScript lines do not need semicolons. Maybe it thought your C++ was JavaScript? Needs to crunch some more languages whether human or AI.

Just because they don't doesn't mean you shouldn't ;p
