That's up to Pete - I'm easy either way. Looks like Canada might be as well? https://www.officeholidays.com/calendars/2022/09/19[^] Let's ask him: @petepjksolutionscom It could be an interesting funeral though - it's also Talk Like a Pirate day, so ...

In the Canadian long-standing tradition of clarity and decisiveness, Monday will be a holiday depending on where you are and who you work for: Canadians get a holiday to mourn the Queen? It depends[^]. For other examples of this national trait see "Conscription if necessary ... not necessarily conscription"[^] and Jean Chrétien - A Proof is a Proof - YouTube[^]

So, Are you confirming the position that codeproject.com members cannot post puzzles on UK holidays? I want a clear answer here. Yes or No?

Well, I would like a statement from @chris-maunder or @davidcunningham confirming that we cannot post puzzles on United Kingdom holidays. Codeproject is an international site, there are so many holidays to honor. We need clarification on the subject.

The only date that a puzzle can't be posted is January 29.

You can't post a puzzle on [National Puzzle Day](https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/puzzle-day/)?! :wtf: Or is it in honour of [Curmudgeon's Day](https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/curmudgeons-day/)? :) EDIT: beaten by Greg

If someone could convince the King to talk like a pirate I might even watch it.   Actually if he did that, I'd probably just watch a highlights video a few days later when the news finally dibbled into my zone of awareness.

Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason? Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? --Zachris Topelius

Should King Charles give his Eulogy in piratical argot, the Queen would likely spin in her grave before she is properly in it! :omg:
